Reiki Level 1 attunement for Beginners

The Reiki Level 1 attunement enables the flow of Reiki energy through your body for the first time, as it merges with your energetic and physical being to facilitate your body’s innate healing process.

An attunement is an ancient process that has been transmitted from Reiki teacher to students for over a century. It imparts specific Reiki frequencies to your energetic body, allowing it to access the precise bandwidth of Reiki energy, enabling you to summon this energy at will to support your healing journey. Think of your energy body as a car radio scanning through radio channels, unable to pick up the Reiki ‘channel’ as it does not know the correct frequency to connect with it. The attunement provides the correct frequency channel to your energy body, enabling it to “tune-in” to Reiki. Once it recognizes this channel, it’s stored in memory and can be accessed whenever you desire. Reiki is now readily available to flow through you whenever and wherever you wish.

The attunement also aids in balancing your chakras and energetic field, while gently purifying your physical body systems. It initiates the dissipation and removal of energy blockages within your physical body, eliminating toxins that were energetically trapped and no longer serve your well-being.

By the end of the day, you’ll be proficient in providing a complete Reiki treatment for yourself, have the ability to scan any energy field for imbalances, perform full treatments on other people, and demonstrate competence in numerous energy exercises.

Preparation for Reiki 1 attunements

In order to help with this process, it is advised in the week leading up to the course that you:

• Take more time in nature
• Meditate if you do so
• Try to de-stress by taking more time for yourself
• You should avoid alcohol at least a few days before the class with caffeine and nicotine intake reduced.
