A unique and intuitively guided session, which will begin with an initial assessment to create a treatment plan catered for your needs. An energy assessment will be performed to ascertain which energy patterns require balancing.
During the session additional intuitive insights will unfold by tapping into your energy field. Energy balancing is always based upon what energy healing frequency is needed and in which order of priority throughout your body. Depending on what your energy body needs a number of healing techniques will be utilised to bring balance back to stuck emotions, impeding thought patterns, anxiety, stress and physical discomforts or pain.
A healing session, will also leave you energised with more vitality, clarity and a sense of renewed purpose.
After the session, we will discuss the outcome and recommendations will be suggested, which may be practical guidance, tools for relaxation or emotional couping techniques , guidance on how to meditate, life goal setting or natural health (as I am also a Naturopath). This highly unique combination of a soul reading and intuitive healing session. It was something that began many years ago and happened spontaneously, so I have used this gift as an added extra for people who wish to have more clarity around certain aspects of their energy field patterns.
Your session reading will begin before your appointment, as the soul energy reading is conducted before your session, where I will intuitively tap into your energetic field and read patterns of energy specifically for you. A soul energy reading may cover many aspects of your life, depending on greatest energetic priority. Something of these things include:
- General energetic patterns, imbalances and programs
- Physical health patterns
- Emotional and thought based energetic patterns
- Life direction or soul directives

Part 1: Beginning with a personal abundance assessment by tuning into your energy imprinting to ascertain certain barriers to abundance and guidance that may come through. We finish the session with healing around these barriers. A written account will be sent to you.
