You will be taught the original Usui lineage of Reiki and we will be respecting that flow of information and history but as times changes over centuries, so does human evolution and discoveries.

Reiki XR bridges the authentic healing lineage, principles and energy from the originator Miku Usui with updated concepts, expainiations and research to bring the system up to date for current humanity needs and discoveries.

We have come a long way in the uses of light, sound and electromagnetic uses for healing that have been introduced into standard methods of care in hospitals and other places of medicine.  Quantum physics can now propose how our reality may work, along with quantum biology and advances in scalar technology, as well as consciousness studies.

We will cover some of these discoveries in a simple way to understand how balanced mind, thoughts, frequency and electromagnetism in the body is pre-requisite to health and how it can be imbalanced.  How energy healing and Reiki can help on all levels of these imbalances but also the supporting mechanisms on a physical level to help with mood, anxiety and depression.
